Dr Audrey Shen
Co-Founder & Director | Head Veterinarian

With over 20 years of experience in small animal medicine, Dr Audrey Shen co-founded Inner West Mobile Vets with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, compassionate veterinary care for pets in the comfort of their homes.

Dr Audrey is a highly respected veterinarian known for her calm, stress -free approach, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of every animal she treats. Her professional interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, and helping senior pets age gracefully.

Audrey also dedicates her free time, volunteering with our beautiful Aussie wildlife. She works tirelessly helping these amazing animals. If she’s not on the road helping our dogs and cats, she will be in one of the sanctuaries looking after wombats, kangaroos, echidnas and more!

Audrey loves all of her furry patients but her favourite of all time is a chihuahua! She loves their big personalities. Audrey lives in sunny Sydney with her family and her cheeky cat, Maggot!

Brie Heinrich
Co-Founder & Director | Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Brie Heinrich is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse, co-founded Inner West Mobile Vets alongside Dr Audrey Shen. The pair have worked together for over 10 years!

With a love and passion for both dogs and cats, Brie’s dedication to the veterinary profession shines through in her calm and caring approach.

Her experience spans all aspects of animal nursing, but it’s her devotion to senior pets that truly sets her apart. Brie finds great joy in improving the quality of life for aging animals, ensuring they enjoy their golden years to the fullest. She is always on the road visiting our golden oldies, ensuring they are receiving all of their arthritis injections and medications on time.

Brie also dedicates a lot of her time to our Aussie wildlife, often going on trips to the sanctuary with Audrey.

When she’s not caring for animals, you’ll find Brie at home with her beloved Cavalier, Harley. He is always keeping her on her toes! Her favourite breeds of all time are cavaliers and geriatric golden retrievers

Dr Jackie Yip
Veterinarian

Jackie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003 and has dedicated her career to small animal practice in Sydney, including eight years as a mobile vet.

Jackie enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and has shared her expertise through Bondi Vet’s online Q&A.

She values building trusting relationships with clients and their pets, always striving to provide compassionate, personalised care.

Jackie also speaks Cantonese, which helps her connect with Sydney’s diverse pet community.

For convenience and peace of mind, we offer telehealth consultations with our veterinary team. Our Registered Veterinary Nurses are available to triage and provide advice for non-urgent concerns. If your pet has been seen in the last 6 months, you can also schedule a teleconsult with one of our vets for further guidance. It’s a simple, hassle-free way to address minor health issues or get expert advice without needing an in-home visit.
